SHIPPING POLICY


V Boutique ships orders via USPS to Puerto Rico, the United States, and select international destinations.

 

📦 Processing & Delivery


  • Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing.
  • Delivery time is typically 2–3 business days within the U.S. and Puerto Rico.
  • A USPS tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.


🚚 Free Shipping

Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping within Puerto Rico and the USA.

  • V Boutique is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer. Please double-check your information before placing your order.
  • Delivery delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or due to weather-related events.
  • Once a package is marked as delivered by USPS, V Boutique is not liable for lost or stolen items.
  • You can track your order at www.usps.com using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

✅ Returns & Exchanges


  • You may exchange items or return them for store credit only.
  • Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of return confirmation.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
    Please email us at info@vboutiquepr.com to receive return authorization.



To be eligible, items must be:


  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Authorized for return before shipping back to us



🚫 Final Sale Items – No Returns or Exchanges

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:


  • Jewelry
  • Purses & accessories
  • One size clothing
  • White, metallic, glitter, or sequin clothing
  • Items from the Outlet or marked Sale



🟨 Store Credit Details

 

If your return is accepted:


  • You’ll receive a store credit valid for 30 days
  • No cash or card refunds are issued


🧾 Shipping & Handling

 

 


  • Return shipping costs and exchange shipping will be invoiced to the customer
  • V Boutique does not reimburse original shipping charges
  • If your returned items show signs of wear, damage, scent, or alteration, we will not process the return and will invoice for return shipping


❌ Incorrect or Faulty Items

 

 

If you’ve received the wrong item or a defective garment:


  • Contact us immediately — we’ll cover shipping and send the correct item
  • Items must be returned unworn; wearing the incorrect item voids the exchange
